Hyde Fuel & Hyde Mobil Are Open for Business And Working to Protect All of Our Customers

Hyde Fuel and Hyde Mobil know that you turn to our business for more than just heating oil, propane, gasoline, and car washes. You rely on us for comfort and convenience! With the coronavirus creating challenges for all retail businesses, we wanted to assure you that our company is open and taking extra steps to protect the health of our customers and employees.

Here’s what we’re doing to keep your family and our team safe:

  • Delivering oil and propane. Please use your Hyde account to request a delivery, or call 518-891-3151 for emergency deliveries.

  • Limiting equipment service work to essential burner service and emergencies. Please call 518-891-3151 to request emergency service.

  • We have closed the Hyde Fuel office door to customer traffic. However, there is a drop slot for invoices. You can also pay by phone or online. We also have a window for cash payments.

  • Offering tank drop-offs at our propane filling station. Just label your tank with your name, leave it at our fill station, let us know its there and pick it up one hour later.

  • Our Hyde Mobil location remains open. We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces at our convenience store, car wash and gas station and communicating with our suppliers to stay well stocked.

  • Limiting purchases of certain convenience store items, such as toilet paper and paper towels, in keeping with recommended guidelines.

  • Practicing recommended social distancing. That means, for now, no handshakes, fist bumps, elbow bumps, etc.

  • Washing our hands frequently, plus, wearing gloves and facemasks when available.

  • Offering paid sick and family leave to our staff so only healthy employees are interacting with customers.

Our service techs and delivery drivers are also taking additional steps for when they need to enter a customer’s home. We kindly ask that you respect their requests, as they are doing everything in their power to protect all of our customers, neighbors and employees.
